Vendor Policy & Terms

DMD Vendor Memberships operate under professional partnership agreements between DMD Grading Canada and authorized retail or online partners. All vendor memberships renew monthly and include access to the DMD partner dashboard for submissions and account management.

Billing & Upgrades

Vendor Memberships are billed monthly in CAD. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the billing period. All payments are non-refundable after processing.

Submission Liability

Vendors are responsible for safe packaging and insured shipment of cards to DMD facilities. DMD ensures reinforced packaging and insured tracking for all return shipments.

Partner Conduct & Compliance

Vendors must comply with DMD brand and ethics standards. Violation of policies may result in suspension or revocation of vendor privileges.

Privacy & Legal Notice

DMD Grading Canada complies with Canadian and international privacy regulations. Vendor data and client information are securely stored and used only for verification and reporting purposes.
