Membership Policy & Terms

All DMD Collector Memberships operate as month-to-month subscriptions billed automatically unless cancelled through your DMD account. Membership benefits, submission limits, and pricing apply only while your subscription remains active. If you exceed your card submission limit, additional cards will be billed at the standard rate of $45 per card.

Refunds & Cancellations

Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current cycle. Customers may upgrade or downgrade tiers at any time through their DMD dashboard.

Submission Liability & Handling

DMD Grading Canada is not liable for damage or loss of items caused during shipment to our facility. We recommend using tracked, insured shipping and secure packaging materials. All graded cards are returned in sealed protective slabs and shipped using reinforced packaging standards.

Compliance Notice

DMD Grading Canada operates under fair-trade, data privacy, and consumer protection regulations within Canada and internationally. All membership pricing is in CAD and includes applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
