Can I mix tiers inside a partner batch?
Yes. Partner plans are about volume & priority. Your per-card “grading tier” (e.g., Black or Platinum) is covered by the partner inclusions; deep inspection is included. Only unusual add-ons are extra.
What if I have a 300-card month?
We’ll apply your included quota and bill the rest at your plan’s overage rate. Consider upgrading to Partner 250 for a better effective rate.
Do I get SLA credits automatically?
Yes — if a batch exceeds SLA by >2 business days, a $1/card credit is applied (cap 10% of the invoice).
Is insurance required?
Optional. Choose $4 per $100 declared value on returns.
